Coffee Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: JVA) is a leading integrated wholesale coffee roaster and dealer in the United States and one of the few coffee companies that offers a broad array of coffee products across the entire spectrum of consumer tastes, preferences and price points. The Company’s core products can be divided into three categories: Wholesale Green Coffee, Private Label Coffee and Branded Coffee. The Company’s private label and branded coffee products are sold throughout the United States, Canada and abroad to supermarkets, wholesalers, and individually owned and multi-unit retail customers.

Established in 1972, Coffee Holding has operated under the leadership of the Gordon family for over 35 years and has remained profitable through varying cycles in the coffee industry and the economy. Andrew Gordon, President, CEO, and CFO of Coffee Holding, and David Gordon, Executive Vice President-Operations, have both worked with Coffee Holding for 32 years.
